Nutritious, Not Malicious

A ridiculously fit friend shared this recipe with me for a delish alternative to Fatty McFatcakes (ie pancakes)

Mix together:
150 grams low/non-fat cottage cheese
150 grams egg whites
50 grams whole grain oatmeal

Blend until mixture becomes a batter.

Cook in a frying pan with non-stick Pam and voila! A yummy any-time-of-day food that is low in fat and sugar, but high in protein and fiber!

Top with sugar-free maple syrup or 100% fruit preserve
